Refund Policy

The Board of IMA Vatakara Trustees, approved the following policy regarding the refund of prepaid dues. Dues refunds will be made only on request of a member and only if the board takes similar action with respect to request.
Refunds may not be made by deducting the amount from a current or future transmittal. In most cases, refunds will not be granted if the member has utilized benefits or services that year.
You may request a refund of IMA dues. All rules that apply to refunds apply to the IMA dues.
NOTIFICATION OF REFUND REQUEST

You may request a refund for IMA dues by sending your refund request, including the reason for your request, to the IMA or your local component society by:

• send a mail to the Members of IMA Vatakara;
• send postal mail addressed to IMA Vatakara Office
• contacting your IMA Members directly.

  For dues that are not paid in full, such as dues on installment payments, or monthly payment plans, refunds will not be granted for payments already processed. Members may cancel their membership at any time with no penalty.
